EXPERIENCE
Rosalía has more than 19 years of national and international experience, advising athletes, agents, coaches, clubs, federations and referees around the world. Since 2005 she has worked as a lawyer and legal advisor, with a 97% success rate in cases. She also works in mediation, arbitration, and out-of-court dispute resolution. She is an expert in player transactions, contractual advice and sports labor litigation (local, FIFA and TAS proceedings), image rights, civil matters, debt collection, disciplinary matters, and match-fixing at an international level. She has stood out for her work defending the rights of sports agents, having achieved jurisprudence in their favor.
In the academic field, she is a professor in numerous master’s degrees and specialized courses in sports law. Speaker at various international conferences and seminars (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Lebanon,Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, etc.). Regular contributor to sports media, as well as author and editor of several specialized manuals on sports law.
She is also President of the Ibero-American Institute of Sports Law, President of the Disciplinary Committee of the Royal Spanish Olympic Shooting Federation, Appeal Judge of the International Basque Pelota Federation, Arbitrator of the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration, and member of the Spanish Sports Law Association.

EXPERIENCE
Panamanian lawyer dedicated to the International Sports Law practice. She has collaborated in several cases before international organizations such as FIFA, UEFA & CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport).
She worked at the Panamanian law firm Quijano & Asociados; first, in the Compliance department and then as the “Audit & Process Analyst” in the Operations area, developing her functions within the process of incorporation and maintenance of “Offshore” companies in different jurisdictions, (BVI, SEY & BEL).
Paola also has broad experience in “Data Entry Centers”, specifically in the areas of Operations, Management, Training, Coaching and Project Management. She was the “Operations Project Manager” for almost a decade at Firm Solutions Panama, a Panamanian firm dedicated to the areas of Foreclosure, Real Estate & Bankruptcy in the United States. Her functions were developed within and outside of the country, being the “liaison” between the Firm and its clients: Law Firms in the United States (FL, TX, OK, IL).

Lawyer specialized in Sports Law and Corporate Law. José contributed to many national cases mainly in the labor law field but also in civil and criminal law. He also worked in cases before international organizations such as FIFA and TAS. He has also collaborated in the redaction analysis and review of sports contracts and in some sports clubs buying processes.
Additionally, he has helped prepare and teach a lecture with Dr. Rosalía Ortega Pradillo in the International Sports Law Masters at ISDE which dealt with image rights in Sports. Furthermore, he is member of AJA (Asociación de Jóvenes Abogados).
